Heartex is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to support company operations. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force. You'd need to manage things like payroll, subscriptions, and be comfortable to stretch beyond, for example managing a couple of freelancers to produce the required content on time. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills.

  • Manage company operations, including sending invoices, paying subcontractors, etc
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
  • Manage hectic and complex calendars
  • Organize offsite events
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
