Heartex is looking for someone curious and motivated to join our Sales Development team. You will grow the pipeline for Label Studio Enterprise by engaging with prospects and customers to move them forward in the sales process. The product is built on top of the open-source version used by thousands of organizations, which provides a large pool of potential customers.

Job requirements

Your Impact

  • Be the first person in the Sales organization driving pipeline by connecting with prospects via phone, email and social media sources
  • Qualify and uncover the needs and goals of each prospect and facilitate a sales driven call with the founding sales team
  • Develop, test, and collaborate on outreach messaging
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop account plans, relationship maps, and use cases that will contribute to winning sales opportunities
  • Develop subject matter expertise on machine learning and data annotation methodologies to consult prospects on the value Heartex provides to its customers

Experience You Bring

  • 1-2 years prior SDR experience, preferably in a startup capacity or “Lead” role at your previous organization
  • Previous history of consistent overachievement against targets
  • The ability to manage a large number of inbound leads and work cohesively with AEs
  • Experience selling into C-Level, VP Product, VP Engineering, or IT
  • A structured, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
  • Empathy, positive energy, and the courage to fail fast to succeed
  • Comfort with process and product ambiguity
  • Experience with Salesforce and passion to set up and improve new workflows to increase efficiency
