Data labeling software can generate incredible value for the company. Connecting the internal dataset and project to the business value takes creative thinking and clear articulation to the customer. We're looking for a person who has a great sense of empathy for what the customer is trying to achieve, and can build an engaging demo to present how Heartex software and technology can help.

Job requirements

Your Impact

  • Demonstrating Label Studio capabilities to customers and prospects that helps them get clarity on how they will deliver on their initiatives
  • Enable champions to become proficient in selling Heartex technology, in line with  go-to-market practices and offerings
  • Enable champions to scope, build and lead Proof of Concept as a critical component of the sales process
  • Identify opportunities to improve and/or create educational and training content to enable open-source users to migrate into the Enterprise offering
  • Work cross-functionally with other parts of the organization: engineering, product, and marketing
  • Build and maintain relationships with technical/engineering leadership within Heartex

Experience You Bring

  • You have a passion for and love big data, data science, and machine learning
  • 5+ years of machine learning and data science experience and 5+ years in customer-facing and hands-on roles, 2+ years in a partner facing enablement or sales engineering role
  • Expert in data science and ML pipelines
  • Demonstrable knowledge of at least one programming language - Bash, Java, Python
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively relay complex information and technical value to technical and non-technical users
